Lovecraft & The Octopus

This woodcut style image is absolutely ridiculous, and we can’t explain why it looks so good on so many things.

In this cartoonish image, H.P. Lovecraft looks vaguely confused, as if he can’t quite believe what he is seeing. Behind him, a giant bug-eyed tentacle monster is slowly rising from some unknown and unseen ancient oceanic abyss. Its tentacles wave menacingly in the air, while its large eyes stare… somewhere, as if it is about to strike. This image is sure to send shivers down the spine of any Lovecraft fan… or make them giggle.

We can not explain why this looks amazing on so many things, but it does. Hopefully this laptop skins, and a-line dress will give you a hint.
